EMStat 5 has been tested
and works properly on the following
Microsoft Vista Operating Systems:
Business
Ultimate
Enterprise
Med Media Inc. does not recommend nor
will Med Media support EMStat 5 when
installed on any of the Microsoft Vista
"Home" versions.
Med Media recommends only new computers
from the manufacturer that are designed
for and come with the Vista Operating
Systems.
To turn off the User Account Control (UAC)
the login to the computer must be an
administrator.
Here are the steps to turn off the UAC:
- Control Panel
- User Accounts
- User Accounts
- Turn User Account Control On or
Off
- Uncheck the box if it is checked.
This will turn the UAC off.
- Reboot the computer.
