Product Description
Med Media’s CE Stat is designed to assist the educator and
administrator by collecting student demographic information and track
attendance at one-day or multiple session programs. CE Stat automates
the sign-in and sign-out process by acquiring information from a bar
code or magnetic strip identification card. The result is faster
tracking of attendance, reduced time of pre-class paperwork by
students and class coordinators, reduces submission errors to
accrediting agencies and significantly reduces the post course
paperwork volume.
Other System Requirements
CE Stat requires Palm OS and Win32 operating systems.

- USB Magnetic strip reader for Windows
- Symbol Palm Device(s) SPT1700/1800 with 1D/2D bar code reader
- Symbol magnetic strip reader for SPT1700
Identification Cards
The customer must provide a source of individually generated
magnetically encoded and bar-coded cards.
Website Interface
CE Stat as described above may interface with Med Media’s website
interface which is a separate component. Features available from the
website include calendar of programs and events, search, meet the
staff, organization information, contacts, additional resources,
instructor resources, photos, special events, related links and
continuing education credit history.
